Reconnecting everyone to nature in a sustainable and adventurous way.

Why JABIRU?

Founded in 2024 by Frédéric, a passionate enthusiast of immersive experiences in nature, JABIRU aims to enable as many people as possible to reconnect with nature.

JABIRU is ...

... Good for humans

There's nothing quite like a walk in the forest or a moment by the water to relax and feel good. Plus, spending time outdoors with friends or family is the perfect opportunity to laugh, share, and create memories.

JABIRU is ...

... Good for the planet

The more we appreciate nature, the more we want to protect it. By reconnecting with nature, we realize how everything is interconnected. We understand that we must take care of the planet to live in harmony.

It's only by understanding the value of nature that we will begin to respect it. And it's only by respecting it that we will begin to protect it.

Rental instead of purchase

By prioritizing rental at an affordable price over sales, JABIRU helps to avoid cluttering up garages and basements with camping equipment used only a few days a year.

Valorization of reuse

JABIRU prides itself on using reused materials as much as possible. This includes the use of recycled wood structures, textile fittings made from recycled jeans, and the integration of kitchen equipment sourced from reuse.

Durability of the equipment

JABIRU does not renew its equipment every year. On the contrary, we are committed to extending its lifespan through rigorous maintenance and regular repairs, without compromising its quality or comfort.

Upcycling valuation

At the end of their lifecycle, our equipment undergoes an upcycling process. This can be done internally, where, for example, wood is reused to make new equipment, or in partnership with external companies.

Promotion of local tourism

JABIRU actively promotes local tourism. The majority of our information, inspiration, and road trip advice focuses on Belgium and its neighboring countries.
